Sponsored Niche Lab
US$15,000–50,000 per year funds one of the twelve labs. You bring real industry data and real problem statements, your name sits on the lab, and you see the students who go deep in your sector before anyone else does.
Sponsored Seats
US$60 covers EAD Plus and certification for one family who cannot pay, for a year. Buy fifty or five thousand. Charging happens at the assessment, so a seat is spent on a learner who has already passed.
Your staff as the experts
Every project requires the student to interview one real expert. A few hours from each of your engineers, analysts or agronomists covers a lab — a mentoring rota, not a whole volunteering programme.

Sponsorship pays for reach and marking, not content
The curriculum is already written, so your money is not spent building material from scratch. That is why a sponsored lab is efficient.

How a year runs
From choosing your lab to the impact report
Five steps across one school year. Your committee signs off at step one and reads the counted outputs at step five.
- 1Choose your labPick the lab that matches your industry. A bank takes FinTech & Ethical Economy, an energy company takes Energy & Smart Systems, an agri business takes Agriculture & Climate.
- 2Hand over real dataYou supply anonymised industry data and three or four real problem statements. EAD writes them into project briefs and maps them to SNC / PCTB, Cambridge or KHDA.
- 3Name your expertsYour staff go on the interview list. Students book a few hours each across the year, and every interview is logged as one of the ten required relationships.
- 4Students work and are assessedMarked out of 20 — artifact 6, process and its failures 6, defence 8. AI marks, humans certify, and written feedback returns within two weeks.
- 5Read the impact reportStudents reached, projects completed and assessed, seats funded, expert hours given. Student work can be shown publicly with the family's permission.

What the sponsor provides

- Project briefs from your data: research question, 10 written steps, interview list, defence questions, rubric
- Two routes per project — High-Tech on free browser tools, No-Tech on paper for classrooms with no electricity
- AI marking and defence questioning, human certification, written feedback within two weeks
- Counted reporting: students reached, projects assessed, seats funded, expert hours logged
- Mapping per lab to SNC / PCTB, Cambridge and KHDA, with no timetable change for the school
- Student portfolios with a public share link, marked unverified until a human certifies them
What we cannot show you yet
No sponsored lab has been placed yet, so every split and forecast on this page is a plan or a target, not a historical. There is no longitudinal outcome data — the ten-year claim is a claim, checkable in 2036 and not today, and conversion from free to paid is unproven at scale. Only the opening project in each lab is written out step by step so far; projects P03–P12 exist as titles and outlines, and human certification does not scale linearly because a person signs every pass.
What we are aiming at
Three targets, stated as targets
None of these are results. They are the numbers the founder is willing to be measured against in public.
- This year · to July 2027Target: the first sponsored lab20,000 students completing at least one free project, 25 paying campuses, 600 paying families, 100 professionals certified, and one sponsored lab. The first sponsor funds a lab that has never been sponsored before.
- Year three · to July 2029Target: on the path to six labsThe plan is six sponsored labs by 2031, alongside 150,000 free learners, 500 campuses and three institutions formally recognising EAD levels. The year-three figure between those two points is [YEAR 3 SPONSORED LAB TARGET — CONFIRM].
- Year ten · 2036Target: the data settles itThe 2026 cohort turns twenty holding 50+ certified projects and a network of about a thousand people, at the age their classmates begin sending CVs. The longitudinal data will be published, including if it disappoints.
