The challenges are real. So are the answers.

What schools face
How EAD answers
Teachers are overloaded and skeptical of one more tool.
AI assistants that cut planning and grading time in week one.
Students memorize for tests but can't apply knowledge.
Real projects that end in a measured change somebody else can check.
AI feels risky — data, cost, and curriculum disruption.
Open-source core, school-controlled data, runs alongside your curriculum.
Parents only see grades, never the learning.
A living portfolio of projects, reels, and certificates.
Inspections demand evidence of improvement.
Documentation, quality assurance, and portfolios as ready evidence.

How a student actually uses this

Not a course to enrol in. A shelf of real problems to pick from — three or four a year, alongside whatever school already asks of them.

1Pick a world you are curious aboutTwelve to choose from. Curiosity is a good enough reason — this is the discovery phase.
2Run the free starter projectTen steps, each written out in full — what to do, what to write down, how to know it is finished, and the mistake most people make. No teacher required.
3Do three or four a year, in different worldsBy Grade 8 a student has honestly tried most of the twelve — and knows which one they return to.
4Then go deep in the one that stuckThat is where the paid path begins: depth, human certification, a mentor, and a network inside a single niche.

Schools: ask your students for three to four projects in the coming year. Curriculum mapping to SNC/PCTB, Cambridge and KHDA is inside the page, along with the assessment template.

EAD Little Labs · Below Grade 5

Before the big labs, the fun ones.

Children under Grade 5 are not ready for a ten-step research project — and they should not be. Little Labs gives them short, regular projects that are genuinely fun to do and quietly build the mind the big labs will need later: noticing, asking, guessing, testing, explaining.

The 10-year vision

In ten years, people call your student.

Not for a job interview — for answers. Every EAD student practices three future skills on real problems until they hold authority in a niche the world needs. It starts with one free project, in whichever industry they are curious about.

Free is the whole discovery phase. A student explores every industry at no cost and keeps the work. Paid begins only when they say “this is the one” — and want depth, verification and a mentor in that single niche.

What school leaders say

Built with educators, for educators.

"Our teachers were skeptical about AI. Within a month, lesson planning went from their biggest complaint to a non-issue."

Principal · Private K-12 School

"The projects changed how our students talk about school. They show their parents what they built — not what they scored."

Head of Innovation · International School

"We needed evidence for our improvement plan. EAD gave us portfolios, reports, and documentation we could actually present."

Vice Principal · KHDA-regulated School

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

What ages and grades does EAD cover?

Age 3 to Grade 9. Early Years (ages 3–8) is a free program of 41 video lessons for classrooms and homes. Primary (Grades 3–5) runs fully scripted project missions with on-site teacher training. Grades 5–9 and up use EAD Labs: twelve real-world projects, each with a High-Tech and a No-Tech route, ten written steps and a twenty-point assessment.

Do we have to replace our curriculum or LMS?

No. EAD works alongside your existing curriculum and systems. Projects run alongside your timetable at three or four a year, and the AI tools support the teaching you already do.

What is free and what is paid?

The core platform and all 12 AI learning projects are free and open source, forever. Schools pay only for optional services: teacher training and certification, managed hosting and support, personalized yearly project plans mapped to your class outline, and premium plugins. Pioneer partner schools receive permanent preferred pricing.

How is student data protected?

Data privacy is designed in from the start: school-controlled data, no selling or sharing of student information, and deployment options that keep data within your infrastructure.

Do our teachers need AI experience?

No. Teacher training is part of onboarding, and the AI assistants are built for educators, not engineers. Most teachers are productive within their first week.

Does this support KHDA and inspection requirements?

Yes. EAD includes tools for curriculum planning, quality assurance, and documentation aligned with school improvement initiatives — with student portfolios as ready evidence of learning.

How long does implementation take?

Most schools launch their first Future Skills Lab within 4–6 weeks of the AI Readiness Assessment, following the guided roadmap.

No surprises

Free is a complete product, not a trial.

Three whole projects, marked, with a portfolio you keep. One teacher trained free per school, and a full free term before anything is ever invoiced. Nobody pays before receiving value, and the gate is always the assessment, never the fee.

Always free

Three complete projects across three industries, AI marking, a shareable portfolio, the video lessons, and the whole facilitator pack — handbook, rubric, checkpoint cards and class tracker.

Paid begins later

Only when a learner wants a verified record and human certification, or a school wants the campus edition. Certification is charged at the moment it is earned, never in advance.

Prices by country

We work across Pakistan, the UAE and beyond, and the numbers differ by market. Ask and you will get the current list for yours the same day — no negotiation and no tiered sales script.

Ask for the price list for your country

School, university, NGO and sponsor terms are set out on the partner, CSR, grants and funding pages.
